Not responsive app. In app purchase too expensive.

Game started to work again after not being able to launch it for a couple of weeks and I didnt do a thing. Glad to be in the skies again, looking forward to the sequel on November 7.

This game is great. Very fun, easy to distinguish pieces and it plays well in large or small time increments. Just what I was looking for in a turn based game. Another review talks about wanting play-by-email and Id like to second that!

This is a fun little game. In essence its a hex-based board-game with animated moves, but as thats the kind of game I grew up playing I like it. It rather resembles the old "Ace of Aces" game from Nova Games. It does get a bit repetitive, but in short bursts is diverting enough. On the downside, there are ads that pop up in the middle of the game advertising the companys other games. Not cool, especially as Ive bought the campaign and ace expansion packs. For me, that knocks a star off the rating — and guarantees I wont buy another app from this company.

Im not sure what the game requires that my iPod touch doesnt have. Im guessing the compass? I dunno... 4 stars because it looks really good lol, the fifth will come if I can someday play it! EDIT: Figured Id give it another download and as luck would have it, it works! Thanks devs! Greatly appreciated. Havent played any of it yet, so Ill stick with 5 stars because Sid Meier games are always quality, and if anything changes Ill come back and add another edit! Thanks again Dev Team!

This game is exactly what I hoped it would be: it is a highly addictive flight combat sim. It gets the formula of growing a team of WWI aces exactly right.

A great way to pass some time. The graphics are pretty and its fun to watch you pilots level up and learn new manoeuvres and get better planes.

The game is unstable and buggy. I bought one set of upgrades, now every time I complete a mission, I get kicked from the game and cannot progress. Waste of my $. Too bad since when it works it is a fun game

Fun game. Youre not going to experience hours upon hours of addictive gameplay but fun nonetheless. Having said that, for about two weeks now, the game crashes after a mission. Not just that, when restarting, the game goes back to the end of the mission, then crashes again and again and again. This is happening on an IPad 2.

Great game, obviously inspired by hexagon map war games such as The Blue Max. Translates very well to the iPad. A+!

Great game, love the WWI aerial combat theme. The main (annoying) problem is that even after youve paid you still get annoying pop up ads when launching the game. That is really rude, especially to your customers who have purchased the in-game add ons into support the developer. The ads really ruin the immersion of the games theme. Not sure when the ads started, but it definitely wasnt there when the game was first released on the App Store. Rating dropped down from 5 stars to 3 due to the ads; very inappropriate for a paid app.

Great game! Initial battle is free, but all the campaigns are well worth the money.

Multiplayer lacks a simple in game chat and is a bit weak with options. Have to start and abort matches until we can get a good 3 on 3 battle which is a deliberate perversion of the balloon battle.

Buyer Beware, I will no longer be making any purchases from this publisher as they pull their games like BioShock without notice from both the App Store and your account but keep your money.
